In the fabrication of our vials, we use machine-made tubing drawn from a continuous furnace. Our specially designed machines ensure greatest possible uniformity in size and accuracy.
Every vial is processed through a special retempering lehr (annealing oven) to eliminate strains and weak spots. This special treatment produces vials that are remarkable, uniform in strength, and free from hidden defects. All GLASS VIALS are packed in attractive white reinforced low-particulate boxes to minimize breakage and assure safe delivery. The light weight of these vials effects material savings in shipping as opposed to molded bottles of equal capacity.
